How This Works

How this tool works

Built for learning and exploration. The rules are clear and visible: no hidden AI, no secret formulas, and no exaggerated claims.

How does this tool work?

This tool models individual people and how they interact to see what happens to the whole society. Each person in the model has things like money, happiness, and trust that change over time based on the rules you set.

The tool runs year by year: people earn money, pay taxes, react to the rules you set, and may protest if they lose too much trust. We track the average happiness, trust, and number of protests to see how the society changes.

Different types of people: People have different roles (Workers, Police, Students, Business Owners, etc.) and different personalities (how easily they get angry, how patient they are, how stable they are). This means even people with the same role can react differently to the same situation.

How the tool is built

This tool uses a master configuration that defines all the settings you can change: how power works, the economy, education, laws, culture, technology, and sudden events. The interface reads this configuration and creates the forms automatically.

When new features are added to the tool, the interface updates automatically. This keeps the tool easy to extend and maintain.

What this tool does

  • • Lets you set up different rules and see what happens.
  • • Runs everything on our servers (no external tools needed).
  • • Covers many areas: how power works, the economy, education, laws, culture, and technology.
  • • Models different types of people (Workers, Police, Students, Criminals, etc.) who behave differently.
  • • Includes personality differences (how easily people get angry, how patient they are, how stable they are) to make it more realistic.
  • • Offers ready-made examples but works for any system you want to explore.
  • • Keeps the rules clear and readable so you can understand and extend them.

What this tool does NOT do

  • • It is not a prediction tool or a game.
  • • It does not give policy advice or claim to show cause and effect.
  • • It does not use hidden AI—all rules are clear and visible.
  • • It does not run on your computer—all computation happens on our servers.
  • • It does not show individual people—only overall trends are shown.

Important reminders

  • • Use for learning, teaching, and exploration only.
  • • Don't exaggerate results; always mention the limits.
  • • Share your settings so others can check your work.
  • • Be careful when comparing sensitive situations.
  • • All scenarios are hypothetical and for learning—not predictions.
